Responsibilities and Context

Travel Agent Responsibilities:
– Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, and travel packages.
– Provide information on destinations and travel regulations.
– Manage customer inquiries and resolve booking issues.
– Stay updated on airline policies and promotions.
– Maintain customer records in the booking system.

Airline Ticketing Agent Responsibilities:
– Process ticket bookings via phone, in-person, or online.
– Issue, reissue, and refund tickets as needed.
– Handle itinerary changes and cancellations.
– Provide information on flight schedules and fares.

Customer Service Representative (Travel) Responsibilities:
– Respond to inquiries about flight bookings and travel arrangements.
– Stay informed of promotions and travel packages.

Reservation Specialist Responsibilities:
– Manage flight reservations with accurate data entry.
– Customize travel itineraries for clients.
