Assistant Merchandiser/Merchandiser (Deegautex)

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House

Independently manage orders from development to shipment, ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
Possess strong knowledge of PLM systems and ensure timely updates within PLM.
Visit factories as per schedule to verify garment production meets the buyer’s requirements.
Prepare T&A plans for buyers and factories, while overseeing sampling, production, and quality control.
Ensure all orders are shipped on time with the required quality standards.
Monitor production according to the approved T&A and attend pre-production meetings.
Communicate with listed suppliers regarding raw materials, approvals, bookings, and deliveries.
Maintain follow-up on fabric and accessories bookings with the factory.
Supervise fabric, washing, printing, embroidery, sampling, and garment construction to ensure quality standards.
Continuously monitor and assess production status.
Regularly communicate with buyers for approvals and feedback, ensuring alignment.
Work closely with QA to deliver the best final product.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
