Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • BBA/MBA in HRM/ Management.

Experience
    • At least 1 year

  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements
    • Age at least 25 years

  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Typing skill in Bangla & English.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist for arranging and overseeing all types of administrative tasks in the office.
  • Perform general administration and logistic service for the organization.
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for admin staff.
  • Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, and office orders.
  • Preparing the duty roaster and ensuring the service standard of team members.
  • Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running.
  • Any other task assign by the management.
